For example: Getting processes out of your head, putting checklists in place, creating a system to follow-up business leads (instead of leaving money on the table), review your memberships and subscriptions and what to do to monitor them going forward.

Right now, a reliable and trustworthy assistant would be amazing, but you know you need a little bit more. What's just as important as a great assistant, is one who is also approachable and kind, and emotionally supportive of you as a person, not just your business.
